Product Flash Sales

Use flash sales to run time-sensitive product promotions. This feature is available depending on your subscription plan.

What this page helps with

  • highlighting selected products at a fixed promotional price
  • moving slow stock more quickly
  • running short campaign windows with promo quotas and per-customer purchase limits

The flash sale list shows Name, Start, End, Products (how many products are included), and Active columns, with search by flash sale name.

When to choose flash sales

Use flash sales when you want urgency around specific products rather than a reusable code-based promotion.

This is especially useful for:

  • limited-time promotional prices
  • campaign pushes for selected inventory
  • short bursts of sales momentum

Typical workflow

  1. press Add Flash Sale, then fill in the name, description, start and end date-times, and the Active switch
  2. add products one by one — each row holds the product, an optional variant, the promo price (a fixed amount, not a percentage), the promo stock quota, and a limit per user
  3. review stock readiness before launch
  4. use the Promote action on a flash sale row to take it into the Marketing Center
  5. monitor performance during the active window

Set (1) the start and end date-time, then (2) the promo price, stock and limit per user for each product. While it runs, (3) the product page shows the flash sale with a countdown.

Good practice

  • define start and end timing clearly. Times follow the shop time zone (WIB by default), so the flash sale starts and ends at the same moment for every customer
  • verify each product's promo price before launch — the flash sale price replaces the regular price during the window
  • use the stock and limit-per-user fields so the promo quota is not blown
  • review stock impact during the campaign
