Getting Started
This page gives new merchants a practical setup sequence for Etalasse.
What to decide first
Before configuring detailed features, confirm:
- which Etalasse surfaces you will use first
- what products or services you will sell
- how you want customers to pay
- whether you need delivery, pickup, or in-person selling
Recommended onboarding flow
1. Create or access the merchant account
Register a new Etalasse account or sign in with an existing one before starting configuration work.
2. Set up the merchant profile
Complete the basic business identity, contact information, and operational profile.
3. Build the product structure
Create product categories, then add products with pricing, stock, media, and descriptions.
4. Configure payments and fulfillment
Set up payment methods, shipping options, and any required bank or settlement-related details.
5. Prepare the selling surfaces
Decide whether you will launch with Catalog, Link, POS, or a combination of them.
6. Run an internal test order
Before going live, complete at least one internal test flow so your team can verify:
- product visibility
- payment setup
- order recording
- stock updates where applicable

- forgetting to review stock behavior before selling live
- using the wrong Etalasse surface for the intended workflow
- skipping account recovery preparation for the main operator account
