Resellers

Use Resellers when the merchant business includes partner or reseller-related selling relationships. This feature is available depending on your subscription plan.

What to manage here

A reseller in Etalasse is a customer marked as a selling partner. The reseller table shows Customer, Notes, and Status (Active / Not Active / Terminated) columns, with search by customer name and a status filter.

When this page matters

  • the merchant works with sales partners or reseller networks
  • operational teams need visibility into those relationships
  • the business wants a clearer record of reseller-linked activity

Typical workflow

  1. make sure the partner is already registered as a customer on the Customers page
  2. press Add Reseller, then pick the Customer (required), set the Status, and fill in Notes
  3. use the Detail, Edit, or Delete row actions to keep records accurate
  4. switch the status to Not Active or Terminated when a partnership ends

Why this page matters

For multi-channel businesses, reseller data helps the team understand who is driving certain sales relationships and which partners are still active.
