Seller Payout Hold
A payout hold keeps a seller's new earnings back for a number of days before they can be withdrawn. It gives you time to handle refunds or disputes after an order completes.
It is off by default (0 days): earnings are available at once, as before.
Setting it
In Shop Config, Multivendor card, fill Payout hold (days) with a number from 0 to 60 (0 means right away). Only the shop owner can change it, and the shop needs the multivendor feature in its plan.
The hold applies to earnings credited after the setting is saved. Changing the number does not move earnings already recorded.
How balances work
A seller's balance has three numbers:
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | what can be withdrawn now |
| Pending earnings | earnings still on hold |
| Total | available plus pending |
Each sale credit gets an available date equal to the credit time plus the hold days. A withdrawal can only be for the available balance (the default amount is that too), and withdrawals you create on a seller's behalf are capped the same way.
Example with a 7-day hold: a seller has Rp300,000 from earlier that is past its hold, then an order that becomes Delivered on 10 October adds Rp100,000. On 12 October the balance is Available Rp300,000, Pending earnings Rp100,000, Total Rp400,000. On 17 October the Rp100,000 becomes available.
Where the numbers appear:
- Dashboard, seller detail: Available, Pending earnings, and Total. Ledger rows still on hold show "Available on <date>"
- Dashboard, Sellers list: under the available balance, "+ <amount> on hold"
- Sellers Report: a Pending earnings column next to Balance, and a Pending (on hold) summary tile
- Seller Center: Available, Pending, and Total, with the hint "New earnings are on hold for N days after the order completes, then you can withdraw them." The Balance history shows "Available on <date>" for rows still on hold
Refunds or cancellations during the hold
The refund or cancellation amount does not change. When what is reversed is still on hold, the deduction reduces Pending earnings (not Available) and the two mature together. Reversing a credit that is already available still reduces Available.
Held money and the shop balance
Held seller money stays in the shop's online balance until it is paid out, so you cannot withdraw it as your own. See Withdrawals.
Booking earnings too
Earnings from completed bookings follow the same rules once the order is Delivered.
