Stocks
Use Stocks to review current stock positions across tracked products.
Useful for
- spotting low-stock items
- comparing availability
- preparing replenishment decisions
Typical workflow
- review the stock list
- identify low, high-risk, or unusual stock positions
- decide whether replenishment or further investigation is needed
- use Inventory or Stock In records for deeper follow-up
When to use Stocks instead of Inventory
Use Stocks when the main question is about the current stock ledger or item-level stock position itself.
Use Inventory when you need the broader operational inventory view and related record context.
