Stocks

Use Stocks to review current stock positions across tracked products.

Useful for

  • spotting low-stock items
  • comparing availability
  • preparing replenishment decisions

Typical workflow

  1. review the stock list
  2. identify low, high-risk, or unusual stock positions
  3. decide whether replenishment or further investigation is needed
  4. use Inventory or Stock In records for deeper follow-up

When to use Stocks instead of Inventory

Use Stocks when the main question is about the current stock ledger or item-level stock position itself.

Use Inventory when you need the broader operational inventory view and related record context.
