Overview
Etalasse POS supports in-person selling and fast order entry. It is designed for cashier workflows, store counters, events, and merchant teams that need to complete orders quickly.
Getting Started
Use this page to train new cashiers or merchant staff on the basic workflow of the Etalasse POS app.
Add Order
Use Add Order when a cashier or staff member needs to create a new POS transaction manually at the counter.
Order List
Use the Transaction tab in the POS to review completed and in-progress orders.
Order Draft
Use Order Draft when a POS order needs to start before final payment or completion. Carts that have not been checked out are kept as drafts with a DRAFT label, so the cashier can resume them at any time.
Order Detail
Use Order Detail to inspect a specific POS order after it is created or completed.
Manage Table Bills (F&B)
For F&B shops, cashiers can tidy up table bills directly in the POS: move a bill to another table, merge the bills of two tables, or split one bill into two. Everything is done from the F&B Tables tab in the POS.
Kitchen Display (KDS) per Station
The per-station KDS shows kitchen tickets in the POS, one screen per station. It appears when the shop has kitchen stations; the old Kitchen Display tab remains for shops without stations.
Cashier in the Dashboard App (for Owners)
Shop owners can sell straight from the Etalasse Dashboard app, without installing the separate POS app and without signing in again. The Cashier in the Dashboard is the same Etalasse POS, with exactly the same features.
