Seller Booking Actions

In a multivendor shop of type Booking, services can belong to sellers. By default sellers can only see the bookings of their services, and you handle them. With one switch you can let sellers handle their own bookings.

This only appears for Booking shops with Multivendor on, and only the shop owner can change the switch.

Turning it on

In Shop Config, Multivendor card (next to Seller approval and commission), switch on Sellers manage their bookings. It is off by default. Admins can see the setting but cannot change it ("Only the shop owner can change this.").

What sellers see

In Seller Center, sellers always see a My bookings page, even while the switch is off. While it is off, the page says "The shop manages these bookings. You can follow them here."

Sellers do not see the customer's phone number, money amounts, or notes. A SUSPENDED seller can still read the list and detail but cannot act.

What sellers can do

With the switch on, in the booking detail a seller can:

ActionRule
Completesame rules as the merchant: the session has started, the order is paid, and there is no uncollected deposit balance. Sellers do not see the balance amount; only the message "The shop has not collected the remaining payment yet. Ask the shop to collect it before completing."
Reschedulepick a date, then an available slot. Merchant rules apply (none of the customer's count or notice limits); a booking that has already started cannot be moved. Staff stays managed by the shop
Mark no-showwith confirmation. The deposit is always kept: only the merchant can refund a deposit

A seller can only act on bookings from order lines that are theirs; other sellers' bookings are not visible. You can still act on every booking, including sellers'.

Effect on the order

When a seller completes a booking, the order becomes Delivered only if every booking in the order is finished and all non-booking goods in it belong to that seller. Otherwise the seller sees "Completed. The shop will finish the order." and you finish it from Sales. When the order is Delivered, the seller's earnings are credited and are subject to the payout hold if you set one.

Notifications

  • seller actions (complete, reschedule, no-show) notify the customer like merchant actions do, and notify the shop through the notification bell and push
  • completion by a seller is recorded as by the seller in the Dashboard booking detail
