Reports
The Reports menu in Dashboard gives merchants a complete picture of business performance — from sales summaries to promotion and delivery reports.
Profit & Loss Report
The Profit & Loss report answers one simple question: after all costs, how much money did your shop actually make?
Customer Credit (On Account): Setup
With customer credit (on account), regular or wholesale customers can take goods now and pay later, for example 14 or 30 days from now. Etalasse records how much they still owe, when it is due, and helps you collect it.
Selling on Account
Selling on account uses the same order flow as usual. There is one difference: the payment method is On Account (Tempo), and the customer must already have a credit account.
Receiving Payments and Write-offs
When a customer pays their debt, record the payment in Etalasse. It reduces the invoices, and everything is written to the ledger.
Credit Reports and Ledger
The Reports tab of the Credit menu and the account detail provide reports to monitor who owes you, since when, and how well collection is going. Reports are for the Owner and Admin only.
Payment Reminders
Etalasse can remind customers on WhatsApp before and after the due date, so you do not need to chase them one by one.

How it affects reports
Marketing Center
Marketing Center is the marketing hub of Etalasse. It is where merchants plan campaigns, create content, share tracked links, and review marketing results — all connected to the products, coupons, and flash sales you already manage in Dashboard.
Storefront Analytics
Storefront Analytics shows what happens in your online store: how many people visit, which products they look at, how many add something to the cart, and how many end up paying. You can also see where visitors come from, such as Instagram, Google, or a campaign link from the Marketing Center.
Cross-sell (Frequently Bought Together)
Cross-sell shows other products that go with the product a shopper is looking at, or with what's in their cart. For example, a shopper looking at an iced latte sees "Frequently bought together: Croissant, Oat Milk". The goal is a bigger basket per order without giving a discount.
Media Library
The Media Library keeps every image and file you have ever uploaded in the dashboard in one place. It works like the WordPress "Media Library": find an old image, reuse it without uploading again, add alternative text, and delete what you no longer use.
Customer Segments & WhatsApp Broadcast
In the Marketing Center, you can group customers into segments by rules — for example customers who haven't shopped in a while, or customers whose birthday is this month — and then send a WhatsApp broadcast to that segment.
Customer Referral Program
With the referral program, your customers invite friends to shop at your store. The friend and the inviter both earn a reward, but only after the friend's first order is actually paid and a waiting period has passed.
Booking Calendars
For Booking-type shops (for example lodging, rentals, services, or any schedule-based offering), Etalasse provides a booking calendar system that manages availability, sessions, and blocked dates.
Service Duration and Buffer
By default a booking service uses fixed sessions00-10 the customer picks a start time, and Etalasse works out which slots still fit.
Service Location and Meeting Links
Each booking service can tell customers where the session happens: at the customer's place, at the provider's place, or online with a meeting link. This is optional and only for Booking shops. A service you do not set up works exactly as before.
Staff, Schedules, and Time Off
For services performed by a particular person, such as a hairdresser, therapist, or doctor, you can register booking staff. Etalasse then makes sure one person is never booked twice at the same time, respects their working hours and time off, and (if you want) lets the customer choose the person. See Choosing Staff.
Choosing Staff
Every timed service has a staff mode that decides whether customers see and choose staff. A staff mode needs a service in Duration mode and at least one active staff member linked to the service.
Deposit and Refund Window
A deposit (DP) has the customer pay part of the price up front to lock the slot, and the rest when they arrive. It protects you from customers who book and then do not show up. It is optional per service and works for both fixed-session and timed services.
Rescheduling Bookings
Customers' plans change. Etalasse lets a booking be moved to another time or date without canceling and rebooking, so the deposit and the order stay intact. The move is atomic: the old slot is released and the new one taken together, or nothing changes.
Rentals
A Rental shop rents out items that come back, such as cameras, camping gear, party dresses, cars, or party equipment. Customers pay for how long they rent, plus a deposit that is returned once the item comes back.
No-shows
If a customer booked and paid but did not come, mark the booking as a No-show. The slot is released, and you decide what happens to the deposit.
Completing Bookings
After the session has taken place, press Complete on the booking. The booking then has the status Completed. A completed booking records that the service was delivered, and its order moves to Delivered so reviews, seller earnings, and notifications work like any other order.
Booking List and Calendar
After customers book, you monitor and handle bookings from several views: the calendar by staff, the booking list, and the booking detail.
Booking Reminders
Reminders reduce forgetful customers and so reduce no-shows. Etalasse sends two kinds of booking messages: schedule reminders and change notifications.
Booking Plans and Roles
Most booking features are available on every plan. Staff and deposits start from the Growth plan.
Booking FAQ

AI Workspace
The AI menu in Dashboard is the merchant AI workspace. It contains three areas: AI Chat, AI Balance, and MCP Console.
Billing & Plans
The Billing & Plan page in Dashboard is where merchants view their active subscription plan, upgrade to a higher tier, and review billing history.
