Booking Plans and Roles
Most booking features are available on every plan. Staff and deposits start from the Growth plan.
Plans
| Feature | Free | Growth | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed sessions, calendars, blocked dates | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Service duration and buffer | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Rescheduling, no-shows, booking policy | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Booking list, calendar, and report | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Booking staff and choosing staff | no | yes | yes | yes |
| Active staff members | 0 | 5 | 50 | unlimited |
| Deposit and refund window | no | yes | yes | yes |
Without staff, the calendar itself is the resource (one provider: your shop). Etalasse may adjust the exact values per plan; check Billing & Plans for your plan.
When a plan drops
- viewing staff lists, bookings, and reports, and deleting staff or time off, still work so you can tidy up
- adding or changing staff, schedules, time off, and a service's staff mode needs Growth or higher
- losing the deposit feature makes new bookings charge in full again. Bookings that already have a deposit keep running to the end
- going over the staff quota does not delete existing staff, but you cannot add new ones
If you try a feature outside your plan, the Dashboard shows a plan-limit message and an upgrade offer.
Roles
| Action | Owner | Admin | Cashier |
|---|---|---|---|
| View bookings, calendar, report, staff, services, and policy | yes | yes | yes |
| Change the policy, service settings, staff, schedules, and time off | yes | yes | no |
| Cancel bookings and mark deposits refunded | yes | yes | no |
| Reschedule, mark no-show, complete a booking, record balance payment, edit the meeting link | all bookings | all bookings | only their own bookings |
Cashiers can view bookings because a front desk needs to know the schedule and balances.
A cashier's "own" bookings
A booking counts as a cashier's own when that cashier's login account is linked to a booking staff member, and that member is the one assigned to the booking. Link the account on the edit page of the booking staff member. For other bookings the Dashboard refuses with a "not your booking" message, and the buttons are hidden.
Customers only see and change their own bookings.
