Etalasse includes AI capabilities woven into your shop data — not a generic chatbot. AI helps merchants create content faster, understand their business, and complete tasks without leaving their workflow.
AI features are designed to support — not replace — merchant decisions. You stay in control of what is published, applied, or sent to customers.
Where AI shows up
- AI Chat — a conversational assistant in the Dashboard connected to your shop data
- AI Balance — a prepaid AI balance that keeps usage costs transparent

AI Chat: an assistant that knows your shop
AI Chat, under AI → AI Chat, is more than simple Q&A. The assistant is connected to your Etalasse data through internal tools, so it can:
- answer business questions with real numbers — "how much did we sell this week?", "which products sold best?"
- read your products, orders, customers, and reports
- help draft product descriptions and other content
- manage multiple conversations (threads) at once, accept file attachments, and branch a conversation in a different direction
You stay in control: the assistant helps and suggests; important decisions and changes remain in your hands.
A transparent AI balance
AI usage draws from a prepaid balance in Rupiah:
- every subscription plan includes a monthly AI quota
- top-ups are available anytime and never expire
- a usage history (ledger) shows where the balance was spent

AI for product content
Use AI to draft or improve the text that sells your products:
- generate a first-draft description from a product name and a few details
- rewrite an existing description to be clearer or more persuasive
- keep tone and structure consistent across many products
You stay in control: AI suggestions appear as editable drafts. Nothing is published until you review and save it.
AI for marketing
In Marketing Center → Content Studio, AI helps create captions and promotional copy for your campaigns — ready to polish and then schedule through the content calendar. See Marketing Center.
For integrators: MCP
Etalasse provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with OAuth authentication, so external AI clients can connect to your shop — with tool scopes spanning the catalog, orders, reports, promotions, and booking. Good practices when using AI
- review AI-generated content before publishing
- treat insights and recommendations as input, not instructions
- keep product and pricing data accurate so AI answers stay useful
- monitor the usage history in AI Balance to understand your team's usage patterns
