Food & Beverage

For F&B-type shops (restaurants, cafes, food stalls), Etalasse provides features dedicated to food and beverage operations: table management in Dashboard, plus table flows and a kitchen display in POS.

These features only appear for F&B-type shops.

F&B Tables

The Food & Beverage → F&B Tables menu is used to:

  • register tables and their naming
  • set which tables are operational
  • serve as the basis for the per-table ordering flow in POS

The F&B flow in POS

In the POS app, your team gets:

  • per-table ordering — the cashier picks a table when creating an order, so the order is tied to the table
  • Kitchen Display — a kitchen screen showing incoming orders so the kitchen team knows what to prepare without paper
  • table bill management — move a bill to another table, merge two tables' bills, or split one bill by items; a table can also have several open bills. See Manage Table Bills

Typical workflow

  1. register tables in F&B Tables
  2. the cashier opens POS, picks a table, and records the customer's order
  3. the order appears on the Kitchen Display for the kitchen to prepare
  4. payment is completed in POS (cash, QRIS, or another method)
  5. sales and stock are recorded automatically in Dashboard

Recipes and ingredients

Link menu items to their ingredients so ingredient stock is deducted automatically each time a menu item sells, with cost per serving and margin. See Recipes and Ingredients (Pro and Enterprise plans).

Kitchen stations and item-level KDS

Split orders across several screens (Kitchen, Bar, Dessert) with per-item status, timers, and ticket printing. See Kitchen Stations and Routing (setup: Pro and Enterprise plans).
