What is Etalasse?​

Etalasse is a commerce platform that helps merchants manage products, stock, payments, promotions, and selling surfaces from a connected set of tools.

Which app should I start with?​

  • Start with Dashboard if you are setting up or managing the business.
  • Use POS for cashier and in-person transactions.
  • Use Catalog for a fuller customer storefront.
  • Use Link for a simpler link-based selling experience.

Do I need to use every Etalasse surface?​

No. Many merchants start with Dashboard and only one primary selling surface, then expand later.

What should be configured before launch?​

At minimum:

  • account access for the main operator
  • merchant profile
  • product categories
  • products
  • payment methods
  • shipping options if needed
  • one internal test order
  • Catalog is better for a fuller storefront browsing experience.
  • Link is better for simpler or campaign-focused public sharing.

Is POS only for physical stores?​

POS is mainly for in-person or cashier workflows, but it is also useful anywhere a business needs fast assisted order entry.
