Billing & Plans
The Billing & Plan page in Dashboard is where merchants view their active subscription plan, upgrade to a higher tier, and review billing history.
Subscription plans
Etalasse offers four plan tiers:

| Pro | Established businesses that need advanced reporting, their own branding, and multivendor |
| Enterprise | Large-scale needs |
Each tier determines which features are active and the quota limits (for example the number of products, branches, and staff) as well as the size of the monthly AI quota.
Plan-gated features
Some Dashboard features only appear if your plan includes them, including:
- Flash Sales, Memberships, loyalty programs (Point & Challenge Rewards)
- Price Rules (seasonal pricing) — Growth plan and above
- WhatsApp broadcast to customer segments — Growth plan and above, uses the plan's monthly WhatsApp quota
- Storefront Analytics — on every plan; history covers 7 days (Free), 90 days (Growth), 365 days (Pro), or unlimited (Enterprise)
- Stock Count — Pro and Enterprise plans (stock adjustments and the stock loss report are on every plan)
- Photo reviews, manual approval and pinned reviews — Growth plan and above (text reviews, replies and hiding reviews are on every plan)
- Cross-sell (frequently bought together) — Growth plan and above
- Recipes and ingredients (automatic ingredient deduction, cost and margin) — Pro and Enterprise plans
- Variant matrix (size x colour) — generating combinations from the Growth plan (the bulk grid and preview are on every plan)
- Wholesale tiers — creating and changing tiers from the Growth plan (saved prices keep applying if the plan drops)
- Booking staff and booking deposits — from the Growth plan (active staff: 5 on Growth, 50 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise). Service duration and buffer, rescheduling, and no-shows are on every plan
- Customer credit (on account) — opening accounts, selling on account and reminders from the Pro plan (recording payments, write-offs and reading reports stay available on every plan)
- Kitchen stations and routing — setting up stations and routing from the Pro plan; the KDS and reads keep working on every plan
- Webhooks and the developer API — Pro (3 endpoints) and Enterprise (10 endpoints)
- Bundles (kits) — creating, editing and assembling from the Growth plan (selling existing bundles keeps working on every plan)
- Staff PIN and POS devices — from the Growth plan
- Staff commission — changing rules and recording payouts from the Pro plan (reading reports stays on every plan)
- Customer referral program — turning the program on from the Pro plan (referrals that already qualified are still paid after a downgrade)
- Barcode and shelf labels — preview, print and generate barcodes from the Growth plan (the template list is on every plan)
- Account security: 2FA and sessions — available on every plan
- Blogs and blog categories
- Resellers
- Advanced reports
- Custom domain — use your own domain for your online storefront
If you hit a plan limit (for example the maximum number of products), Dashboard will notify you and offer an upgrade.
How to upgrade
- open Billing & Plan from the Dashboard navigation
- compare the plans and choose the tier you need
- complete payment through the available online payment checkout
- once payment is confirmed, the new plan's features activate automatically
