Feature highlights

October 2026 update (round 18): booking and marketplace

October 2026 update: Bento POS theme

  • The Bento POS theme is now the default POS theme: fresh and modern, with roomy rounded cards and one-tap selling. It has a today's-sales card on Home, quick-action tiles, a floating tab bar with a centre "+" button for a new order, a square "+" on every product card that adds it in one tap, a dark cart bar that goes straight to Pay, and payment methods as three big tiles. New shops start on Bento, and shops that used the Classic POS theme move to Bento automatically. Shops that picked any other POS theme keep it, and Classic can still be chosen on POS Config. Free on every plan, and your main color still applies. See Storefront & POS Themes.
  • MCP: shop.update now accepts bento for pos_theme.

October 2026 update: education themes

  • Six storefront themes for education in a new Education group in the theme picker: Campus (universities, academies, and campus merch), Chalkboard (tutoring centers, courses, and private teachers; a dark theme), Notebook (students, stationery shops, and school supplies), Crayon (elementary schools, kids' books, uniforms, and toys), Playschool (kindergartens, preschools, daycare, and baby shops), and Academy (online courses, e-books, webinars, and tutors). Free on every plan, and your main color still applies. See Storefront & POS Themes.
  • MCP: shop.update now accepts the six new theme ids (campus, chalkboard, notebook, crayon, playschool, academy).

October 2026 update (round 16)

  • Bundles (kits): sell several products as one package. Stock is counted from the components (or assembled in advance), the price is fixed or the sum of items minus a discount, and cancels and refunds return the components exactly once. From the Growth plan. See Bundles.
  • Staff PIN and POS devices: enrol a POS device with a single-use code, then cashiers switch by picking their name and typing a 4 to 6 digit PIN, with attempt limits, lockouts, and device revocation. Every sale records who sold it. Password login keeps working. From the Growth plan. See Staff PIN.
  • Staff commission: a percentage or flat amount per shop, category, or staff member, recorded when an order is Paid and reversed automatically on refund or cancel, with reports, CSV export, and payout recording. From the Pro plan. See Staff Commission.
  • Customer referral program: a code and link per customer, points or coupon rewards for the inviter and the friend, a hold period, caps and a budget, fraud checks with a review queue, and funnel reports. Turning it on needs the Pro plan. See Referral Program.
  • Barcode and shelf labels: five templates (roll, 58 mm thermal, A4), automatic internal EAN-13 barcode generation, and printing from the Dashboard and POS. From the Growth plan. See Barcode Labels.
  • Stock fixes: the quantity ceiling rises to 10,000,000 base units (150 kg of flour can now be recorded), the ingredient unit shows in alerts and transfers, and the last purchase cost shows on PO screens.
  • AI assistant and MCP gain bundle (bundles.*), referral (referral.*), staff commission (staff_commission.*), label (labels.*), and last purchase cost (ingredients.last_purchase) tools. Staff PINs, POS device enrolment, and 2FA are deliberately not exposed over MCP. See Tool Surface.

October 2026 update (round 15)

  • Customer credit (on account): open credit accounts with a limit and terms, sell with the On Account (Tempo) payment method from the POS, Create Sale or the online store (when you allow it), record payments received (oldest invoice first or a chosen one), write off debt with a reason, read aging and statements, and send WhatsApp reminders. Credit orders are PAID at once, revenue is recognised on the sale day, and written-off debt shows as a "Bad debt" expense in profit and loss. From the Pro plan. See Customer Credit.
  • Account security: turn on 2FA (authenticator app) for owner accounts with 10 recovery codes, see and end active sessions on every device, and require 2FA for the shop with a grace period. Changing the password signs other devices out. If the phone and recovery codes are both lost, contact support to reset 2FA. Available on every plan. See Enable 2FA.
  • Webhooks and the developer API: send signed shop events (orders, refunds, stock, bookings, reviews, customers, products) to your URL, with automatic retries, a delivery log, zero-downtime secret rotation and redelivery. Pro (3 endpoints) and Enterprise (10 endpoints). See Webhooks.
  • Kitchen stations and item-level KDS: route menu items to stations (Kitchen, Bar and more); each station sees its own tickets with per-item status, rush, recall, ticket printing, a Kitchen staff role and a prep-time report. Kitchen status never changes the order status. Station setup from the Pro plan; the KDS keeps working on every plan. See Kitchen Stations.
  • AI assistant and MCP gain credit (credit.*), webhook (webhooks.*) and kitchen (kitchen.*) tools with confirm-first for risky changes. 2FA and sessions are deliberately not exposed over MCP. See Tool Surface.

October 2026 update (round 14)

  • Full booking for services: service duration and buffer, staff with schedules and time off, customers choosing staff, deposits (DP) with a refund window, rescheduling, and no-shows. Everything is optional per service, so booking shops that already run are unchanged. See Booking Calendar.
  • Booking staff and deposits are available from the Growth plan (active staff: 5 on Growth, 50 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise). Duration, buffer, rescheduling, and no-show are on every plan. See Booking Plans and Roles.
  • AI assistant and MCP get new booking tools: reading bookings by staff and date, staff schedules, free slots, and policy, plus changing schedules, no-shows, balance payments, service settings, and staff schedules, with confirmation first. See Tool Surface.

October 2026 update (rounds 12 and 13)

  • Midtrans payments no longer expire after 1 minute. QRIS and GoPay last 15 minutes, virtual account transfers 24 hours, other methods 60 minutes. See Payment Methods.
  • F&B bill split and merge now carry recipe ingredient usage along, so canceling either bill restores ingredients exactly once. See Recipes and Ingredients.
  • Restock ingredients with a purchase order or a stock adjustment using the Ingredients switch in the item picker. See Recipes and Ingredients.
  • Bulk product import can now carry a variant matrix per row (API POST /products/bulk, key variant_matrix), under the same plan requirement as the variant matrix.
  • Midtrans transaction time is stored as a correct instant (UTC) for new transactions; old data is not changed.
  • POS opens the variant matrix picker faster because it no longer fetches option data per product.

Full booking: duration, staff, deposits, rescheduling, and no-shows

Booking services can now be timed: the customer picks a start time, and Etalasse works out the slots that fit from the duration, buffer, working hours, and other bookings, with a configurable slot interval, minimum notice, and days-ahead limit. Register staff with weekly schedules (breaks included) and time off, then choose whether customers pick staff, may pick "anyone" (shared fairly by that day's load), or do not see staff. A deposit (fixed amount or percent) locks the slot: the customer pays only the deposit up front, the rest at the visit, and you record it as the balance payment. Canceling before the refund window returns the deposit; after it, the deposit is forfeited. Customers can reschedule themselves when you allow it (allowance and notice limit are configurable), merchants can move bookings any time, and bookings nobody attended are marked no-show (manually, or automatically when switched on) with the choice of keeping or refunding the deposit. A calendar by staff, a filterable booking list, a no-show and deposit report, and reminders that skip canceled bookings come with it. Double bookings are prevented by locking, even when many people book at once. See Booking Calendar, Deposit and Refund Window, and Booking FAQ.

Recipes and ingredients

Link menu items to their ingredients: each sale deducts ingredient stock automatically (when the order is created, and put back if the order is canceled, expires, or is refunded with restock). Set units (g, ml, pcs), yield, and waste, then see cost per serving, margin, and how many servings you can still make. Choose whether sales keep going with the shortage recorded, or stop. Ingredients can be bought through POs, counted in stock counts, and moved between branches. The ingredient usage report compares usage, purchases, and count differences. Available on the Pro and Enterprise plans for Owners and Admins. See Recipes and Ingredients.

Variant matrix: size x colour

Create every variant combination at once: name up to 3 options (for example Size and Colour, each with a code, swatch colour, and image), check the preview, then apply. SKUs are generated from a pattern, opening stock is recorded in the stock history, and the combination grid lets you bulk edit price, stock, SKU, and status for up to 200 variants. Old variants can be adopted onto combinations, and variants with sales or stock history are deactivated, not deleted. Customers see colour options as swatch circles and sold-out combinations greyed out. Generating combinations is available from the Growth plan. See Variant Matrix.

Wholesale tiers

Give a lower price per item the more customers buy: up to 6 tiers per product (Rp or percent price), even a separate set per variant. The tier is chosen from the product's total quantity in the cart, the price charged is the cheapest compared with discounts or price rules (flash sales still win), and customers see a "Buy more, save more" table and a next-tier hint in the cart. The preview shows margin and a below-cost warning, and the wholesale template applies tiers to up to 500 products at once. The old single-tier wholesale keeps working. Creating and changing tiers is available from the Growth plan for Owners and Admins. See Wholesale Tiers.

Cross-sell: frequently bought together

Offer matching products on the product page ("Frequently bought together", "Complete the look", "Upgrade options") and in the cart ("Complete your order"). Pick up to 20 products per product yourself, with order, type and label, or let Etalasse suggest pairs from the last 180 days of orders, recalculated every night. Sold-out and inactive products are hidden automatically, and prices never change (no bundle discount). Clicks, adds to cart, orders and revenue from cross-sell show on the same page. Available from the Growth plan for Owners and Admins. See Cross-sell.

Photo reviews and review moderation

Customers can now add up to 5 photos to their review, and online store visitors see a review photo gallery, can filter to reviews with photos, and can report inappropriate reviews. In Products → Product Reviews you choose whether new reviews publish at once or wait for your approval, and you can approve, reject, hide (with a reason), reply, pin up to 3 reviews per product, and handle reported reviews, one by one or in bulk. Only published reviews count towards ratings. Review photos, manual approval and pinned reviews are on the Growth plan and above; replying and hiding reviews are on every plan. See Product Reviews.

Stock and order fixes

  • Canceling an order after a partial refund now only puts the items that weren't refunded back in stock. Before, items that were refunded and returned to stock could be counted twice. Points are worked out the same way. See Sales.
  • Coupons now really expire: valid through the end of their expiry date in the shop's time zone, after which customers see "This coupon has expired" when using one and it disappears from coupon lists. See Coupons.
  • Unpaid orders now expire automatically (24 hours for online payments, 7 days for manual transfers without proof) and release their stock. Pay-on-the-spot orders and F&B bills never expire automatically. See Sales.
  • In multivendor shops, canceling a paid order now cancels the seller's commission from that order. See Sales.
  • An order that expires unpaid now releases the stock, coupons, points, booking slots, rental units and flash sale quota it held, like a canceled order. See Sales.
  • Renting an item out in a Rental shop no longer reduces the product's stock. Availability still follows Units Available. See Rentals.
  • The date in the order number now follows the shop's time zone. Before, orders between 00:00 and 07:00 WIB could get the previous day's date. See Shop Profile.

Branch stock transfers

Move stock from one branch to another: create a draft, send it (stock leaves the source branch and can't be sold while in transit), then receive it at the destination. Cashiers at the destination can receive it themselves. Anything missing on arrival is recorded as lost at the destination, and a transfer that hasn't been received can be canceled so stock goes back to the source. Every movement is in the stock history. Available from the Growth plan for shops with at least two branches. See Branch Stock Transfers.

Purchase orders to suppliers

Create a purchase order (PO) to a supplier for one branch, fill it from reorder suggestions, then receive the goods in one go or in parts. When goods are received, stock goes up at the destination branch and the cost price updates automatically (weighted average by default). A PO whose remainder won't be delivered can be closed, and the payment status to the supplier (unpaid, partial, paid) and its due date are tracked. Supplier records now have a contact person, phone, email, address, and payment terms. Available on the Pro plan for Owners and Admins. See Purchase Orders and Suppliers.

Shop time zone and safer sign-in

Pick your shop's time zone (WIB, WITA, WIT, or another zone outside Indonesia) in Shop Config. Rentals (pick-up, return, and late), booking session cutoffs, flash sales, coupons, and price rules now follow the shop clock, not the server's or the customer's phone. Existing shops stay on WIB. Sign-in, sign-up, and password reset are now limited after too many attempts, to protect accounts from password guessing. See Shop Profile and the FAQ.

Stock adjustments and stock counts

Record items that are damaged, expired, lost, used in-house, returned to a supplier, or found again with Stock adjustments: stock changes right away, with the stock before and after, the reason, a note, who recorded it, and the value lost at cost price. Stock never goes negative, and mistakes are fixed with a Correction. The stock loss report sums up losses by reason and exports to CSV. Both are on every plan. On the Pro plan, Stock count helps you physically count items by branch, category, or selected products (with barcode scanning and blind counting), review the variance, then set stock to your counts in one go. Owners and Admins only. See Stock Adjustments and Stock Count.

Storefront analytics

See how many people visit your online store and how many go on to pay: sessions, product views, add-to-carts, checkouts started, and paid orders, with revenue and conversion rate. You can also see traffic sources (including per Marketing Center link and UTM parameters), devices, top products, and the most searched terms. It's anonymous, with no cookies and no personal data. Available on every plan, with history from 7 days (Free) to unlimited (Enterprise). Customer segments also get a new rule: viewed products but didn't buy in the last N days. See Storefront Analytics.

Customer segments and WhatsApp broadcast

Group customers by rules — days since last order, number of orders, total spend (after refunds), membership, a product or category they bought, birthday month, having a phone number or email, or never having ordered — and see the count before saving. Then send a WhatsApp broadcast to that segment: messages go out gradually (about 30 per minute), use the plan's monthly WhatsApp quota, and customers who reply STOP or BERHENTI are never messaged again. Available on the Growth plan and above. See Customer Segments & WhatsApp Broadcast.

Low-stock alerts

Set a reorder point per product or variant (empty means the shop default, which starts at 5). When stock drops to that point, you get an alert in the notification bell and by push — at most once a day per item — plus a digest every morning at 08:00 WIB. Checked per branch. See Low-Stock Alerts.

Activity log

Shop owners can now see who changed what: prices, order statuses, refunds, cancellations, staff roles, and settings — with before and after values for prices, statuses, and roles. Entries are kept for 180 days; passwords and full bank account numbers are never stored. See Activity Log.

Faster online store

Your online store now loads faster on the first visit, and product sheets in F&B shops open faster.

Move, merge, and split table bills (F&B)

F&B cashiers can now move a bill to another table, merge two tables' bills, and split one bill by items into a new bill on the same table — right from the F&B Tables tab in the POS. A table can also have several open bills. This works for unpaid dine-in bills. See Manage Table Bills.

Coupons: usage limits and a Max Amount fix

Coupons can now be limited by number of uses, both in total and per customer, and customers see how many uses are left. Two fixes also ship: an empty Max Amount now means no cap (previously the coupon gave no discount at all), and a fixed-amount coupon never makes the total negative. See Coupons.

Bank transfer proof

Customers who pay by manual bank transfer can now upload a photo of their transfer receipt on the order. You get a notification, see the proof in the order detail, then confirm with Mark as Paid — nothing is confirmed automatically. See Sales.

Customer address book

Customers can now save several addresses (such as Home and Office), choose one at checkout, and set a default. See Catalog User Guide.

Smaller fixes

  • Create Sale in the Dashboard now uses the wholesale price for the quantity bought; previously a manual sale with a wholesale quantity could fail. See Sales.
  • A hidden Get your shop ready card can now be shown again. See Dashboard Getting Started.

Order notifications for customers

Customers now automatically get an update when their order is paid, shipped (with a tracking link for the integrated courier), delivered, canceled, or refunded. Choose the channel per update — WhatsApp, Email, or Push — and track how many messages were sent and failed over the last 30 days. See Customer Notifications.

Add-on choice rules

Add-ons can now be Required, with Min choices and Max choices, and each option can be marked Sold out. Customers in the online shop and cashiers in the POS can't order until the rules are met, and sold-out options are greyed out. See Product Addons.

Seasonal pricing with Price Rules

Set prices that change automatically on certain dates (such as Lebaran), certain days (such as weekends), or certain hours (such as happy hour). Raise or lower prices by a percentage or an amount, for one product or all products. For bookings and rentals, the price follows the booked date. Available on the Growth plan and above. See Price Rules.

Shop setup card on the dashboard home

New shops get a Get your shop ready card on the dashboard home. Each step — shop profile, first product, payment method, shipping option, sharing your shop link, and first order — ticks itself once it's done. See Dashboard Getting Started.

Customers can pick rental dates

For Rental shops, customers now pick a start and end date (or time) on the product page, see availability, and see the rent, refundable deposit, and total before adding to the cart. See Rentals.

Cost prices, expenses, and the Profit & Loss report

You can now see what your shop really earns. Add cost prices to products and variants, record shop costs on the Expenses page, then open the Profit & Loss report to see gross profit, margin, and net profit. See Profit & Loss and Expenses.

Refunds and returns

Paid orders can now be refunded in part or in full from the Sales Detail dialog: stock, points, the seller's share, and the cashier shift's cash are adjusted automatically, and revenue reports show figures after refunds. See Sales.

Staff roles enforced

The Owner, Admin, and Cashier roles now truly limit access: cashiers can only serve at the POS, and only the owner manages finance and staff. See Staff.

Marketing Center

A new marketing hub in the Dashboard: manage campaigns, plan posts with a content calendar, run WhatsApp automations, create tracked links with QR codes and UTM parameters, build promotional material with AI assistance in Content Studio, and compare content variants with A/B tests. See Marketing Center.

Booking Calendars

Booking-type shops now manage availability through calendars that can be shared across multiple products, with overlap-based conflict prevention so double bookings are rejected. See Booking Calendar.

Billing & Plans

Four subscription tiers — Free, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise — now determine which features are active and the quota limits on your account; certain features only appear when your plan includes them. See Billing & Plan.

AI Workspace

The AI workspace in the Dashboard brings AI Chat that understands your shop data, a prepaid AI Balance with a monthly quota from your plan, and an MCP Console for monitoring AI integration health. See AI Workspace.

Custom Domain

Your online storefront can now be reached through your own domain, with ownership verified through DNS records. See Custom Domain.

Multivendor Sellers & Seller Withdrawals

Multivendor shops get the Sellers and Seller Withdrawals menus to manage vendors and their payout requests. See Sellers (Multivendor).

F&B Tables & Kitchen Display

F&B shops now have table management in the Dashboard plus per-table ordering and a Kitchen Display in POS. See Food & Beverage.

Reports suite

The Reports menu delivers nine reports — from a business overview, sales and product performance, through payment, inventory, promotion, and delivery reports. See Reports.

MCP integration server

Etalasse provides an MCP server for connecting external AI clients with OAuth authentication, with tool coverage spanning catalog, orders, reports, and booking. See AI Workspace.
