Memberships

Use Memberships to create customer membership tiers as the foundation of a retention strategy.

The Memberships feature is available depending on your subscription plan. If your plan does not include it, the menu shows a lock icon with "Not available on your plan" — see Billing.

What is on this page

  • a membership table with image, Membership Name (sortable), Grade, and Status (Active/Not Active) columns
  • actions to add, edit, and delete membership tiers

Membership form fields

  • Membership Name (required) — the tier name
  • Grade (required) — the tier order number (higher means a higher tier)
  • Minimum Transaction — the spending threshold for a customer to reach this tier
  • Color — the tier color (hex code)
  • Status — Active or Not Active
  • Image — the tier image

Typical workflow

  1. define the membership tier structure (for example, ascending from the lowest to the highest Grade)
  2. create each tier with its name, Grade, and Minimum Transaction threshold
  3. give each tier a color and image so customers can recognize it
  4. attach benefits to each tier through Membership Rewards

Each tier has (1) a Grade for its order, (2) a Minimum Transaction spending threshold and (3) a color customers can recognise.

Each tier has (1) a Grade for its order, (2) a Minimum Transaction spending threshold and (3) a color customers can recognise.

Good practice

  • keep the membership promise easy for staff to explain
  • make the Minimum Transaction thresholds between tiers feel achievable
  • align each tier's benefits with real operational capacity
