Shipping Options

Use Shipping Options to control which delivery methods are available to customers when ordering.

What is on this page​

Shipping options are shown as card rows from the available delivery service list, each with a name, code, and Fee (Rp). For each option you can:

  • enable or disable it with a switch
  • change the fee through the fee input and save button (editable only while the option is active)

You do not create new shipping options here — you enable and price the ones available.

Typical workflow​

  1. review the list of available shipping options
  2. enable only the methods the merchant can actually operate reliably
  3. set the fee for each active option
  4. test the order flow before launch to confirm the options appear as expected

Good setup habits​

  • disable methods the business cannot fulfill consistently
  • review each option's fee so it matches the real cost
  • recheck what customers will see before promoting a live selling flow

What to expect after setup​

  • customers see only the shipping options you enabled during ordering
  • internal teams know which delivery workflows they are expected to fulfill
  • support questions usually decrease when fees and options are made clear
