Membership Rewards

Use this page to attach rewards to specific membership tiers.

What is on this page​

  • a reward table with Membership, Coupon, Reward Type (COUPON/POINT), Qty, and Status columns
  • actions to add, edit, and delete rewards

Membership reward form fields​

  • Membership (required) — a dropdown of tiers from Memberships
  • Reward Type (required) — Coupon or Point
  • Coupon — a coupon dropdown, shown only when Reward Type = Coupon
  • Qty — the quantity of the reward granted
  • Expired Period — the reward validity in days
  • Status — active or not
  • Notes — internal notes

Typical workflow​

  1. make sure the membership tiers already exist in Memberships
  2. pick the tier that should receive the reward
  3. choose the reward type: a coupon (prepare it first in Coupons) or points
  4. set the quantity, validity period, and status, then save

What makes a strong membership reward​

  • the benefit is easy to explain
  • the reward feels meaningful to members
  • the merchant can deliver it consistently during live operations
