Blog Categories

Use Blog Categories to group blog articles so the customer reading experience stays organized.

This page is part of the Blog feature, which is available depending on your subscription plan — see Billing.

What is on this page

  • a category table with a single column: Category Name
  • actions to add, edit, and delete categories
  • the category form contains a single field: Category Name (required)

Typical workflow

  1. define a small set of clear content themes
  2. create or refine the category names
  3. assign a category to each article through the Category dropdown in Blog List
  4. review whether customers can understand the content structure quickly

Why categories matter

A clean category structure helps:

  • customers browse content more easily
  • merchants keep campaign content organized
  • internal teams avoid duplicate or confusing blog topics
