Launch your first shop setup

Use this workflow when you are preparing an Etalasse merchant account for first launch.

Step 1. Access the correct merchant account​

Sign in, confirm the correct shop or branch context, and review the home dashboard before making setup changes.

Step 2. Complete merchant identity​

Update shop profile details, contact information, and any visible business identity fields.

Step 3. Build the first product structure​

Create categories, then add products with prices, descriptions, and stock behavior.

Step 4. Configure commerce operations​

Enable payment methods, shipping options, and any required bank account or operational settings.

Step 5. Prepare customer-facing surfaces​

Decide whether Catalog, Link, POS, or a combination of them will be active at launch.

Step 6. Run one full internal test​

Process at least one complete internal order before launch so the team can verify the merchant flow end to end.

Suggested validation checklist​

  • login works for the main operator account
  • the dashboard home loads expected business widgets
  • the shop profile is complete
  • at least one product can be sold
  • the chosen payment flow can be tested
  • the final order record is visible after checkout
