Password Recovery
Use this flow when you cannot access Etalasse because your password is forgotten or no longer working.
How recovery works
Etalasse provides a public password recovery path:
- request a reset from the forgot-password page
- receive the reset message or link
- open the reset-password page from the tokenized link
- create a new password
- return to login and sign in again
Recovery checklist
- use the same email address that was registered on the account
- open the newest reset email if multiple reset requests were submitted
- finish the reset promptly in case the token expires
- sign in again after the password update is confirmed
When recovery still fails
- check spam or junk folders for the reset email
- make sure the reset link is opened completely and not truncated
- request a fresh reset if the old link no longer works
- ask your administrator or support contact for help if the account email is inaccessible
