Cashier in the Dashboard App (for Owners)
Shop owners can sell straight from the Etalasse Dashboard app, without installing the separate POS app and without signing in again. The Cashier in the Dashboard is the same Etalasse POS, with exactly the same features.

How to open it
In the Dashboard app, tap any of:
- the Cashier card on Home
- the Cashier card on the Orders tab
- Apps → Etalasse POS → Open
- POS Config → Open cashier in this app
The Cashier opens full screen, in your shop's POS theme (set in POS Config in the Dashboard).
What you can do
Everything the POS app does:
- new orders from the product grid, categories, search, or a barcode scanned with the camera
- variants, add-ons, bundles, wholesale prices and booking slots
- cash (with change), QRIS, bank transfer, GoPay, credit (pay later), points and coupons
- tax and service charge, delivery fees and couriers
- saved orders (open bills)
- for F&B shops: tables, moving, merging and splitting bills, and the Kitchen Display (KDS)
- the order list and order detail, status changes, cancelling, receipts on a Bluetooth printer, invoices and shipping labels
- barcode labels, customers and notifications
What is different from the POS app
- No sign-in, PIN or till lock. The Cashier uses the owner account that is signed in. Staff PINs and tills are still managed in the Dashboard (Staff → Staff PINs and POS Devices).
- The language follows the Dashboard.
- No commission card, because commission is for staff only.
- Sales from the owner's Cashier are not recorded under a staff member.
- Bluetooth printers are saved per app: a printer paired in the POS app needs to be paired once more in the Dashboard.
Back to the Dashboard
Tap the back arrow at the top left of the Cashier, or Settings → Back to Dashboard. On Android, the back button on the Cashier's first screen also takes you back. Orders, stock and reports in the Dashboard refresh straight away.
For staff
Staff keep using the Etalasse POS app (download it from POS Config) or pos.etalasse.com. They cannot sign in to the Dashboard app.
