Connect to Claude

Connect your Etalasse shop to Claude to ask about and manage your shop in conversation, for example: "Which orders are still unpaid since yesterday?", "Which products are almost out of stock?", or "Mark order #1042 as shipped."

What you need​

  • the owner account of an Etalasse shop (staff accounts can't connect apps)
  • a shop on the Growth plan or higher
  • a Claude account

Claude (web, desktop, mobile)​

  1. In Claude, open Settings › Connectors.
  2. Pick Etalasse from the connector list. If it isn't listed yet, choose Add custom connector and enter https://mcp.etalasse.com/mcp.
  3. Click Connect. The Etalasse Dashboard's Connect an AI app page opens.
  4. If you're already signed in to the Dashboard, check the shop name and email, then tap Allow. If not, sign in as usual (email, Google, or 2FA when it's on) and you come back to this page. Want a different account? Tap Use another account.
  5. With 2FA on, enter the code from your authenticator app before tapping Allow.
  6. You're sent back to Claude and the Etalasse connector is ready.

Claude Code​

claude mcp add --transport http etalasse https://mcp.etalasse.com/mcp

Then run /mcp in Claude Code, pick etalasse, and finish signing in in the browser as above.

What Claude can do​

  • read orders, products, stock, customers, bookings, promotions and sales reports
  • make changes when you ask, such as stock, prices, order status, products, categories and promotions. Claude asks you to confirm before it makes a change.

What this connector can't do:

  • see or change your password
  • issue refunds, withdraw your balance, pay sellers or pay for a subscription. These stay in the Dashboard.
  • act as a shopper in your online store

Every action applies only to the shop of the account you allowed.

Disconnect​

Open Settings › Access Tokens in the Dashboard and revoke the token named Claude (connector). Claude loses access right away. You can also remove the connector under Settings › Connectors in Claude.

Data and privacy​

Claude only receives the shop data asked for in the conversation, through the tools you allowed. Etalasse doesn't read your Claude conversation history. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
