User Guide

Use this page when you want to publish or refine a lightweight selling link for your business.

  • Link-in-bio profile — a shop profile with social icons: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, and email.
  • Featured shop links — the key links you manage in the Dashboard, presented as an easy-to-tap list.
  • Property listings — properties or services complete with a booking availability calendar, so customers can pick a schedule right from the Link page.
  • Points display — customers can see the loyalty points they have earned.

Sharing and campaigns

The Link page is built to be shared. For campaigns, use tracked links from the Marketing Center — complete with QR codes and UTM parameters — so you know where traffic and sales come from.

  1. configure your Link settings in Dashboard
  2. decide which products or content should be emphasized
  3. review the public experience on mobile
  4. test every important call to action before sharing it publicly

Step-by-step guidance

Decide whether the page is for general shop discovery, a campaign, a featured product set, or a single conversion path.

2. Choose the content to highlight

Feature only the most relevant products, pages, or actions so the page stays focused.

3. Review the mobile experience

Because Link is often shared on social platforms, the mobile presentation should be checked before launch.

4. Test every action

Tap through each link, button, or destination to confirm the customer journey works.
